Yes. All GM IApps are distributed through the Mac App Store, so installation, updates, and billing happen safely through your Apple ID.

No. GM IApps connect directly to the service you are using, whether that is your Google account or Facebook and Messenger. Your emails, messages, and other content stay between you and the provider. We never see or store them.

Each application connects only to the service it supports, such as Gmail through Google's official OAuth flow, or Facebook and Messenger through their own sign-in. You can revoke access at any time from the relevant account settings.

Yes. GM IApps are built around multiple account support so you can keep work and personal life cleanly separated.
