Terms of Service & Refund Policy

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by GM IApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. License grant

GM IApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Application except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

2. Intellectual property rights

The Application, including its source code, design elements, user interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, and functionality, is the exclusive property of GM IApps and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through the use of the Application.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GM IApps disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

4. Refund policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality digital products. However, all purchases are processed through third-party marketplaces, and refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform through which the purchase was made.

Apple App Store (iOS, iPadOS, macOS)

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed and managed exclusively by Apple.

To request a refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select "Request a Refund"
  4. Follow Apple's instructions to submit your request

GM IApps cannot approve, deny, or process App Store refund requests.

Microsoft Store (Windows)

For purchases made through the Microsoft Store:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account
  2. Open your Order History
  3. Locate the purchase
  4. Select "Request a Return" (when eligible)

Refund decisions are made solely by Microsoft in accordance with its refund policies.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GM IApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Application.

6. Changes to these Terms

GM IApps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
